The gist:
We (the folks at WPArtisan) create and distribute free and paid plugins, themes and extensions for the WordPress platform. Most of out products have a free version with the option to upgrade to a paid version or purchase additional premium features. Most purchases are subscription based and billed annually, this provides continued access to support, updates, new features and security patches for our products.

Updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year you may purchase a license renewal to continue receiving product updates.
3. Support
WPArtisan offers WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. We do not provide support services for WordPress itself or other WordPress plugins we have not developed.
Support for plugins sold and distributed by WPArtisan is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license.
Support and automatic product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year, a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. Service providers (e.g. web hosting companies) are not permitted to purchase a single license to use on all of their customers’ sites. Only the license holder is permitted to request support or access support resources.
License holders are not permitted to re-post support content or documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the support license and all access to support content and product updates will be discontinued.

Your license key is available in your account area along with your plugin downloads.
